- Section 1 - Members will maintain sound conservation practises in all aspects of their business and promote conservation in their business and with their guests.
- Section 2 - Members of the Association and their employees will be required to fully co-operate with the Department of Natural Resources and Energy officials and fully adhere to their laws, rules and regulations. Any major conviction under the Fish and Wildlife Act will result in immediate expulsion from the Association for a period of time to be determined by the Board of Directors.
- Section 3 - Members will be required to maintain good, adequate and serviceable equipment.
- Section 4 - Rates, accommodations and refund policy will be clearly and carefully defined to guests prior to booking.
- Section 5 - Members will not misrepresent their rates, services and accommodations.
- Section 6 - Members will provide for every necessary safety and comfort of guests.
- Section 7 - Members will endeavour always to employ well trained, courteous, and sufficient personnel to adequately care for their guests.
- Section 8 - Members will provide adequate and well prepared food to guests and personnel at all times.
- Section 9 - Members' camps will be in a neat, orderly and good state of repair at all times and shall be so maintained at a minimum of a one star grade approved annually by the New Brunswick Tourism Grading Authority.
- Section 10 - If livestock is used (dogs, horses) members will maintain them in good condition by feeding a good balanced ration for work being done.
- Section 11 - Members will conduct their business in an ethical manner and agree to abide by the Association's Code of Ethics, having signed a committment annually on the renewal of their membership.
- Section 12 - Members of the Association and their employees will be required to cooperate with landowners or lease holders with respect to their rights and privileges.
- Section 13 - Failure of any member to abide by this Code of Ethics will subject him or her to an investigation by the Board of Directors, or a committee appointed by it and, in adverse, may subject him or her to reprimand, suspension, or expulsion from the New Brunswick Outfitters' Association.
- Section 14 - Members shall clearly post the Code of Ethics of the Association, their current Tourism Accommodation license, and the current New Brunswick Tourism Grading Certificate in a prominent place in their establishment.
- Section 15 - There shall be full co-operation between members of the Association. Prior
use rights, and other existing practices of members will be respected by fellow members and their employees.
